I could see the relationship between project and drivers in the "[MSP_PROJECT_IMPACT_VALUES]"

table of published database. But do not want to query Published DB for achieving my requirement.

Looks like Portfolio Strategy Object Publish to RDB (built 12/13/2010) might be the right approach.
