Good catch, Sounds like the latest 11.02.2011 release doesn't havethe deployment zip file but you can always open the source code in VS2010 & build the WSP by your own.
Would sugegst to check with old version 7/21/2011 release

Once you downlaod the Source & dployment unzip the solution. In Deployment folder under PortfolioStrategyDataToRDB,
like below path -
Solution Starter\Deployment\PortfolioStrategyDataToRDB\Deployment
You can see a WSP file & Deployment powershell script.
If you have any difficulty, Please send me email so that I can send the wsp & deployment scripts.
