As far as I know that the portfolio analysis data is not stored in reporting database.
You may need to use the "Portfolio Strategy
Object Publish to RDB" solution to populate the data in RDB.

- Provide a way for an end-user to access all Portfolio Strategy data (includes drivers, prioritizations, analyses) via the RDB.
- Alternatively, You can use the PortfolioAnalyses Web Service & Driver Web Service to get the data from PSI:
